"I have been going to this dentist office for many years, first with Dr. Law and now with Dr. Riel. I have always had an exceptional experience at what is now Acton Family Dentists. The hygienists and lead dentist (Law and Riel) are all extremely nice, polite and never appear rushed relative to taking whatever time they need to with you. They explain things very well, including treatment options, and have always provided excellent advice. As with any change, I was a little skeptical when Dr Law began his transition, but Dr. Riel has maintained the same very high level of service and experience as well, credit to him given the high bar set by Dr. Law. The hygienists have all been fabulous too."

"There's not one bad thing to say about this place. I went there at 3pm on a Friday with a bad toothache with no appointment. I didn't deserve to be scene, but these people were awesome. Pain management? You're treated with kid gloves. Almost laughable how kind and professional they were. I'd give 6 stars if i could. The whole staff top to bottom were fantastic. I know Dr. Hughes made room for me when she didn't really have the availability and I'm extremely grateful."

Dr. Hughes took time to explain issues then discuss a longer-term strategy to move forward when necessary rather than moving forward immediately to increase the practice’s bottom line.
