What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
We offer external payment plans through CareCredit, which offers convenient monthly payment plans. We also offer an in-house financing plan, so that you can get the dental care you need at a flat monthly rate.

What hours is your office open?
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday.

How early should I get to my appointment?
Please arrive at our office 10 to 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment.

How long does an appointment take?
Your full appointment time can fluctuate depending on the nature of your visit (what consultation, service, or treatment is being provided).

What do I need for my first appointment?
For your first visit, please bring the following information:
- Completed new patient forms – these will be sent to you electronically before your appointment.
- Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist in the last 24 months. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
- A valid form of ID.
- A list of all medications you are currently taking.
- A list of any current medical problems and conditions – including past surgeries.
- A dental insurance card if you are planning to use your insurance benefits at our office.
- A parent or legal guardian if you are under 18.

How often do I need a dental checkup?
We recommend a cleaning and checkup every six months, however, we may suggest a more frequent appointment schedule depending on your oral health needs.
